Offering families a way to experience Camp with their children.
Come to Camp and experience the spirit of Boggy Creek. Parents and guardians can relax and find needed support among other families dealing with similar challenges. Siblings can participate in all of the fun, hosted by our volunteers and staff. Every family member is considered a camper during family retreats, joining in to feel safe, respected, and loved.
During these FREE Family Retreat Weekends, we offer campers and their families time to connect away from home and participate in some favorite Boggy Creek traditions, including cheering, singing, dancing, trying new things, and sharing kindness. Families will be able to choose their own adventure by visiting activities including boating and fishing, archery, woodshop, miniature golf, and relaxing on the dining hall porch.
Families are paired up with volunteer pals that act as hosts for the fun—greeting families upon arrival, showing them around Camp, hosting families at activity areas, playing with the children, helping the families with any needs that arise, and generally helping families to have the best experience possible. We currently accept children ages 5-17.
