State-of-the-art Medical Facility
Welcome to the Patch
Camp Boggy Creek is a $23 million facility which includes a state-of-the-art medical facility affectionately known as “The Patch.” The Patch is where kids go to get patched up. From bumps to bruises, scrapes, bug bites, and more, the Patch has modern day equipment to handle any medical support needed while your child is here.
The Patch
Our full time physician and nurse are supplemented by volunteer doctors and nurses whenever campers are on property. These volunteers generally specialize in the illness or disease group being served during that particular family retreat weekend or summer session. Additionally, six nurses are hired each summer and are assigned to a specific group of children during each session.
Camp has partnered with hospitals and treatment centers throughout Florida as well as with voluntary health organizations. Not only do they refer campers but many of them also provide financial support and donate needed equipment and supplies.
Parents and guardians can be secure in the knowledge that their child will be safe and have access to any medical support they may need while at Camp Boggy Creek.
