Upcoming Camper/Family Camps.
Summer Camp: Sickle Cell
During each of our overnight medically safe summer sessions, campers arrive for an experience of fun, adventure, and independence. The prescription for the day is fun, fun, fun! Laughter, giggles, friendships, and excitement abound on the 232 acres of tall pines and majestic oaks. While keeping everyone feeling safe, respected, and loved, staff, and, volunteers empower campers to try new activities for the first time. Campers have opportunities to gain a spirit of accomplishment at every turn and to feel like a kid and forget that “they have what they have.”
Campers can catch a fish, shoot arrows at archery, make a woodshop project, perform on stage and so much more, all while making some wonderful new friends who have similar medical experiences. Summer Camp is open to children ages 7-17.

Bereavement Camp With Cornerstone’s Kids Camp Bridges
Applications For This Session Are Closed
Camp Bridges is partnering with Camp Boggy Creek for a FREE Camp for children and teen bereavement held here at Camp Boggy Creek.
If your child or teen has experienced the loss of a loved one, then you may want to think about participating in our annual overnight bereavement Camp. There is nothing more important than reaching out to kids to promote the healing process. Camp will help campers deal with grief in a safe environment filled with compassion, understanding, empathy and fun to help promote the healing process.
Cornerstone Hospice has offered Camp Bridges for over 20 years, helping children ages 5 to 17 with a therapeutic and free Camp experience. We weave fun activities into an opportunity to share observations about the natural cycle of life and death. Camp Bridges offers the unique opportunity for grieving children to join together in a safe space where they can connect with other kids who are going through a similar experience.
• Children/teens between the ages of 5 to 17 who have experienced a significant loss.
• The lost loved one did not have to receive care from Cornerstone Hospice.
